How to use it

Add a pump or two to your water bottle, then adjust to taste — great in still or sparkling water.

Add to water. A pump (or pour) into your water bottle — full electrolyte profile, zero sugar. Add more to taste.
Before or after a workout. Replace what you sweat out — sodium, potassium and magnesium — without the sugar of a sports drink.
In sparkling water. Turn plain soda water into a light, fizzy electrolyte refresher.
Blend into a smoothie. A pump adds electrolytes and flavour to your post-gym shake.

We sweeten our hydration concentrate with stevia — a plant-based sweetener with zero sugar and zero glycemic impact. It keeps every serving sugar-free while letting the flavour come through clean.

How long does a bottle last?+

A little goes a long way. The suggested serving is just 15ml, so a single 750ml bottle makes about 50 servings — weeks of daily hydration from one bottle. Shelf-stable unopened; refrigerate after opening.

How do I use it?+

Add 15ml to a glass or bottle of water (about 500ml), stir or shake, and drink. Great first thing in the morning, during or after a workout, or any time you want to top up your hydration. Use more or less to taste.

What electrolytes does it contain?+
