How to use it

1–2 pumps (about 1 Tbsp) per 8–12 oz cup. It's concentrated, so start light and adjust to taste.

In your latte. 1 pump + 1 shot espresso + steamed milk. The café drink without leaving the house.
In your oatmeal. A pump stirred into hot oats — a no-sugar way to make breakfast feel like a treat.
In your protein shake. Turns a chalky scoop-and-shake into something you actually want to finish.

Good, but not as strong as I had hoped

I was really excited for this flavour, and it us good, but I had to put a lot of pumps into my coffee to really taste it. Might be better suited to iced coffee than hot.

This syrup is so yummy it does taste sweet like marshmallow and I agree with some other reviews, also kind of like coconut which I love. I will surely buy more when I run out of this bottle 😋😋It is really sweet so don’t use too much at once

I got this because I was tired of paying $5 a day for Tim Hortons toasted marshmallow cold brew. It tastes exactly like the foam they use on their drink. It’s delicious. Exactly what I wanted.

I use that syrup for my ice coffee and it just taste so good. All of the flavours are amazing. I’ve never been desapointed with Matteo’s. The taste of the marshmallow makes you feel warm and cozy. I can’t wait to try the smore’s one.

Fine if you like coconut

One of the reviews said this was more toasted coconut rather than toasted marshmallow. I had a feeling that I would agree, but seeing as I like coconut I decided to risk it. I can confirm the flavour profile of this product is coconut rather than marshmallow. That being said, I don't mind it, and I think it would be nice in the DIY diabetic hot chocolate I mix up. If you want something that reminds you more of marshmallows, try the smores variety of the same brand. The price is great at the time of this review so the value is there, and I would buy again if I am looking for a coconut syrup. Only dropped a couple stars on flavour as it is not a match to the label. If the label said coconut, it would be 4.5 stars.

What sweeteners do you use?+

We sweeten with sucralose and acesulfame potassium — both approved by Health Canada and the FDA, with zero glycemic impact. We tested stevia, monk fruit, and allulose along the way, but found sucralose and ace-K delivered the closest taste to real café syrup.

How long does a bottle last?+

A little goes a long way. The suggested serving is 30ml, which gets you about 25 coffees from a 750ml bottle. Most people pour somewhere between 30–60ml depending on their taste and the type of coffee they're making, so figure roughly 13–25 servings per bottle. Shelf-stable unopened; refrigerate after opening.

How do I use it?+

Add a small splash to your coffee, stir, and enjoy — hot or iced. Start light and adjust to taste.

Can I use it in things other than coffee?+

Yes — it works in lattes, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal, and baking.
