Cómo usarlo
1–2 dosificaciones (aproximadamente 1 cucharada) por taza de 8–12 oz. Es concentrado, así que empieza con poco y ajusta a tu gusto.

Excellent use of chocolate and caramel this company makes some of their syrup amazing and some of the syrups are not so good. This one is excellent. It tastes so good and makes lattes and my coffee taste much better.

I bought several syrups like this but found that most flavours were horrible in coffee; maybe it's just me, but the only ones I ended up liking were vanilla and Irish Cream. But as a sweetener for low-carb baking and things like plain yogurt desserts, they work really well. This chocolate syrup in particular is really tasty.

First off, I've tried a LOT of Matteo's syrups, like it's at the point that they should be paying me. Some of their flavours are great (Maple and Vanilla for example), and some not so much,. The way I test them initially is by mixing a small amount with milk.This one mixed in milk actually tastes like C@dbury's C@ramilk!In coffee it gives sweetness and caramel flavour. The chocolate flavour is not pronounced at all, in milk or coffee, so I would sugges this if you like caramel.I think I'll be re-ordering this when I run out, it's definitely part of the roster now

¿Qué endulzantes usan?+
Endulzamos con sucralosa y acesulfamo de potasio, ambos aprobados por Health Canada y la FDA, sin impacto glucémico. Probamos stevia, fruto del monje y alulosa en el camino, pero la sucralosa y el acesulfamo-K fueron los que más se acercaron al sabor de un sirope de cafetería de verdad.
¿Cuánto dura una botella?+
Un poco rinde mucho. La porción sugerida es de 30 ml, lo que da alrededor de 25 cafés por botella de 750 ml. La mayoría sirve entre 30 y 60 ml según su gusto y el tipo de café que prepara, así que calcula entre 13 y 25 porciones por botella. Se conserva a temperatura ambiente sin abrir; refrigerar después de abrir.
