How to use it

1–2 pumps (about 1 Tbsp) per 8–12 oz cup. It's concentrated, so start light and adjust to taste.

Tried to make 'Pisco Sours' (Pisco, Egg Whites, Lime Juice and Simple Syrup and the egg whites constantly CLUMP when using just this product .. Using regular sugar based simple syrup, no such issues. Makes us wonder what ingredients within this product would gum up the egg whites.

Works great for a sugar substitute in coffee for a diabetic. As a non diabetic, I can barely taste the difference between this and sugar in the coffee.

Great product. I use it for cooking. As someone who doesn’t eat sugar but loves to cook, sometimes youJust need a smidge of sugar to make it just right. This syrup is neutral and works well to add to hot recipe that requires sugar. Well, at least the ones I’ve tried so far. You would not know the difference actually. Will order again for sure

I love this brand of sugar-free syrup. It taste amazing and does not have that fake sugar taste to it. I buy this brand often, especially when I visit HomeSense. They tend to sell this brand as well however very limited on flavors. No cons about this product.

What sweeteners do you use?+

We sweeten with sucralose and acesulfame potassium — both approved by Health Canada and the FDA, with zero glycemic impact. We tested stevia, monk fruit, and allulose along the way, but found sucralose and ace-K delivered the closest taste to a classic cocktail.

How long does a bottle last?+

A little goes a long way. The suggested serving is 15–30ml (1–2 tablespoons), so a 750ml bottle makes roughly 25–50 drinks. Adjust to taste depending on how strong you like the flavour. Shelf-stable unopened; refrigerate after opening.

How do I use it?+

Pour 15–30ml (1–2 tablespoons) over ice, add your spirit of choice, and shake or stir. Want it lighter? Top with soda water. Want it alcohol-free? Skip the spirit for an easy mocktail.

Can I make mocktails with it?+

Absolutely — the mixes are great on their own with soda water or sparkling water, no alcohol required. Same flavour, zero-proof.
