Love the flavour of this syrup in my Cafe latte! Great options and this one is my fav! As others have said, it is very sweet so only a little is needed, which makes the bottle last a long time.

2 pumps in my vanilla protein flavored iced coffee and my drink is taken to the next level!!!

I've now tried several of Matteo's Syrups and they are outstanding! My favorites are:Tied for 1st: Hazelnut, English ToffeeClose 2nd: Caramel CremeThese are listed as 0 sugar and 0 cal: still, because of the outstanding sweet taste, I can only guess that IF you used a large enough amount in one go, it will eventually add up to a calorie! Still, I do not know how anyone would tolerate that much sweet taste and not pass out!Um, I mean: these things taste great and a little does the job. I am impressed.

I bought this with intentions of recreating a coffee shop drink as they use this flavour. To be honest, I did not love it. It was an okay flavour but it was just too sweet for me

Great price, I've bought a few different flavours. I am diabetic & enjoy the sugar-free coffee flavouring. The creme caramel is very sweet. Horrible for cold brew, ice coffee. Hot coffee the creme caramel flavour only need small amount, add a bit of half and half or milk if you like not too sweet!

I can't say that it is a caramel flavour but it still tastes good. You'll have to adjust how much you should use based on your own taste. I tried it with black coffee and it was good but with oat milk, it tasted even better. I will probably try the salted caramel next to see if there's any difference.
