How to use it

1–2 pumps (about 1 Tbsp) per 8–12 oz cup. It's concentrated, so start light and adjust to taste.

In your latte. 1 pump + 1 shot espresso + steamed milk. The café drink without leaving the house.

I can taste the pecan!

This flavor is delicious & authentic tasting! I also really enjoy the chocolate caramel, salted dark chocolate, cookies & cream & pistachio. It is on the sweeter side compared to some others so just adjust to your liking. I use them in Italian sodas & to change up my protein powder flavors, not in coffee. I like my coffee black. :)

J'adore les sirop Matteo's. Le goût est réellement ce que dit l'étiquette contrairement à certaines autres marques. Et étant diabétique ces sirop sont sucré sans sucre et donc n'affecte pas les glycémies. De plus, on peut mettre ce sirop dans de nombreuses recettes en plus des cafés

Great product. A little goes a long way. The flavour is nice. I use mine in iced coffee. Love that it is zero calories and that I can purchase a perfect fitting pump. One bottle lasts me over a month. 100% recommend!

Delicious! Sweet with no aftertaste. Had a little hiccup with shipping but the Matteo’s customer service was prompt in responding And addressing my concern. I have now found a Canadian replacement for my Torani syrup. Great job! Elbows up!

AMAZING FLAVOR WITHOUT BEING TOO SWEET

I pour 1/3 cup milk in mug, heat it up in microwave, then add 1/2 cup coffe and use my frother to whisk up into a latte. Do 1 long squirt of this flavoring and taste. If you need more flavor, just add a short squirt. We add some aerosol whipped cream and it is just like an expensive coffe shop latte! My hubby is borderline diabetic and loves sweets. This does the trick. BUY IT and get one of their pumps as well.

AMAZING!The flavour is REALLY nice in multiple uses. I use this to flavor my protein puddings, warmed beverages (cashew milk, coffee etc). I will be buying this again closer to my surgery and also use it post surgery to give me some variety during the liquid phase of my recovery AND my prep!I'm especially stoked that this is a Canadian company! Will happily support Canadian!Will be looking into the other flavours.As someone who has had T1 Diabetes for 30 years, let me say that the taste is VERY good, less chemical tang to MY jaded taste buds.Best of all, I'm LUCKY that splenda doesn't spike my blood sugars AND there are NO ALCOHOL SUGARS! So no laxative effect! (YAY!)For those with diabetes: make SURE to test after using these to make SURE your own personal reaction to them doesn't give you ablood sugar spike. Diabetes is finicky to begin with, so it's good to rule out things that might affect it. ALSO keep in mind that coffee itself can cause a spike. What sweeteners do you use?+

We sweeten with sucralose and acesulfame potassium — both approved by Health Canada and the FDA, with zero glycemic impact. We tested stevia, monk fruit, and allulose along the way, but found sucralose and ace-K delivered the closest taste to real café syrup.

How long does a bottle last?+

A little goes a long way. The suggested serving is 30ml, which gets you about 25 coffees from a 750ml bottle. Most people pour somewhere between 30–60ml depending on their taste and the type of coffee they're making, so figure roughly 13–25 servings per bottle. Shelf-stable unopened; refrigerate after opening.

How do I use it?+

Add a small splash to your coffee, stir, and enjoy — hot or iced. Start light and adjust to taste.

Can I use it in things other than coffee?+

Yes — it works in lattes, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal, and baking.
