How to use it

1–2 pumps (about 1 Tbsp) per 8–12 oz cup. It's concentrated, so start light and adjust to taste.

In your latte. 1 pump + 1 shot espresso + steamed milk. The café drink without leaving the house.
In your oatmeal. A pump stirred into hot oats — a no-sugar way to make breakfast feel like a treat.
In your protein shake. Turns a chalky scoop-and-shake into something you actually want to finish.

I like my coffee, but the flavoured creamers I bought at the store would spike my blood sugar levels. This is sugar free, and gives a nice shot of flavour to my morning coffee. I got many different flavours, and I'm liking them all.

Irish cream flavour was mild

Flavour wasn’t that strong. Bought the Irish Cream Torani syrup, it was better.

Finally -Good Keto/Diabetic Irish cream Cocktails

This is so versatile! In morning coffee, or mixed with alcohol for a cocktail. No sugar(like regular Irish cream has) Great with sugar-free ice cream on keto diet too.

Very Tasty

This is pretty sweet (as with most of the Matteo's and is what I'm looking for) but the flavor is really good and actually stands out in your coffee unlike some other varieties that add sweet but not enough flavor to notice.

What sweeteners do you use?+

We sweeten with sucralose and acesulfame potassium — both approved by Health Canada and the FDA, with zero glycemic impact. We tested stevia, monk fruit, and allulose along the way, but found sucralose and ace-K delivered the closest taste to real café syrup.

How long does a bottle last?+

A little goes a long way. The suggested serving is 30ml, which gets you about 25 coffees from a 750ml bottle. Most people pour somewhere between 30–60ml depending on their taste and the type of coffee they're making, so figure roughly 13–25 servings per bottle. Shelf-stable unopened; refrigerate after opening.

How do I use it?+

Add a small splash to your coffee, stir, and enjoy — hot or iced. Start light and adjust to taste.

Can I use it in things other than coffee?+

Yes — it works in lattes, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal, and baking.
